Affectionately named after Irina Bellyrina, the Irina skirt is floor length with an inserted train. Less of a mermaid shape, the silhouette of Irina is closer to an A-Line but sleeker. The shape doesn't cut you off at the knees the way a mermaid skirt can on some body types. Irina features our signature waistband, worn at the hip, that can be folded down. There is alluring bit of train, inserted at the center back hemline, that ends in a angular point, This skirt is fully-lined for comfort and function- no worrying about the brightness of a stage light exposing your underthings!
Irina has a elegant and powerful look perfect for dance performance, it's an eye-catcher! Wear it with the Bandeau top in the coordinating Flocked fabric or any black top with a D.Webb shrug.
The fabric is our mystical Washed Stone, a smokey bluish gray stonewashed print with splotches of inky blues and soft taupe dancing a round each other. The fabric is flocked subtly with a velvety abstract cherry blossom branch pattern in neutral champagnes and deep ocean blues.
Due to the nature of the high performance knits we most often use, and the ingenuity of our designs, D.Webb Sizing is very forgiving. Sizes often overlap, especially for our skirts and Debbaloons. As a guide, consider the D.Webb sizes 1, 2, 3, & 4 as described below.
