Our Halter top is an impeccably constructed version of this classic neckline. It is fully lined with power mesh for light support. D rings at the bottom band and long stretchy matching velvet ties at the top allow you to twist, tie, knot a unique look. There is an elastic inserted in the bottom band for extra support and the underarm is finished with a beautiful shimmer soft binding.
This soft fabric is our decadent Red Velvet, a semi-solid deep red with darker and lighter patches throughout.
