Funtastic metallic sequin fringe hip-scarf. Many of you dancers might have first-hand knowledge of just know how long it takes to cut this fabric into fringe...Well we did the work for you! We added fringe to the belt ties as well because why not? This hip scarf itself is a durable pinstripe velvet burnout with silver sparkle. Original and unique saddle/utility curve cut. Features a trim that looks just like assuit fabric! The band is a metallic sparkle ITY and is soft and stretchy and bounces right back into shape. Layer it over your Debbaloons and skirt for performance, or toss it on over leggings/yoga pants for class or hafla.
