Funtastic black facing embroidered lace over golden metallic sequin fringe hip-scarf. Many of you dancers might have first-hand knowledge of just know how long it takes to cut this fabric into fringe... Well we did the work for you! We even added fringe to the belt ties as well because why not? The belt itself is a durable stretch velvet. The main panel is a fussily hand cut triangle of rich alternating embroidered paisley lace. The sequins swing and sway playfully on the sheer dot fringe throwing rewarding beams of light at anyone that dares watch you shake that shimmy. So tie it on and shake baby shake!
