The D.Webb Angelina skirt has a wide band worn at the hip. The band can be worn up, as is, or folded down. The fabric has incredible stretch and bounces back to its original dimensions. A fully fitted look with no zippers or buttons to fuss with! Slide it right on! The pleat detailing at the rear compliments your natural shape (in other words- it's an a** skirt ;) This stitch is reinforced to give it durability. The drapes of the skirt can be worn at the front or the skirt can be turned sideways, drapes worn at the hip. A metallic purl hem finishes the flouncy edges of this opaque black fabric.
